Teriyaki Turkey Sliders

The Pineapple Sake Teriyaki Marinade has been a staff & customer favorite for years! We recommend it on burgers, kabobs, & just about anything. This recipe is for your post-thanksgiving turkey leftovers. Let us know what you think!

1 pound ground turkey meat
6 tablespoons E&V Pineapple Sake Teriyaki Marinade
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1 large red bell pepper
8 slider buns
1 tablespoon oil for cooking

Cooking & Preparation Instructions:
Mix together ground turkey, E&V Pineapple Sake Teriyaki Marinade and pepper until well blended, form 8 small patties. In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat and cook turkey burgers until done throughout, flipping only once. Cut bell pepper in half removing stem and core, rub with olive oil and roast under a hot broiler or on a hot grill until lightly charred, cut into quarters and cut each quarter in half. Spread a little mayonnaise on buns, top each burger with one piece of bell pepper and serve. Serves 4.
